First, CO2e Efficiency is calculated by considering the CO2e emissions from fuel and electricity, as well as the monthly mileage per vehicle. Next, the average efficiency is calculated on a monthly or yearly basis. This method does not rely on NEDC or CO2 efficiency data published by vehicle manufacturers (OEMs), as these are based on different standards like NEDC and WLTP. Furthermore, OEM data typically does not account for emissions from electricity usage.
