User Terms

Who we are.
“Scopes Data”, “we”, “us”, “our” means Kota Tsuda trading as Scopes Data (ABN 74 767 825 710), Australia.

Your role.
You use the Scopes Data Platform as an Authorized User of a Customer (usually your employer). The Customer has a separate agreement with us (Customer Terms / Agreement). If there is a conflict, the Agreement controls.

Access & security.
Keep your login confidential. The Customer controls your permissions and may disable access at any time.

Customer Data.
Data you upload (e.g., fleet/driver info) is owned by the Customer. We process it on the Customer’s instructions. You must follow the Customer’s policies and the law.

Acceptable use.
Don’t break the law, upload malware, attack or reverse-engineer the Platform, disrupt others, infringe IP/privacy, or send spam.

Privacy & cookies.
We handle personal information under our Privacy Policy. Cookie use is described in our Cookie Policy.

Changes & availability.
We may change or suspend features for security, maintenance, or legal reasons. We may update these User Terms; continued use means acceptance.

Termination.
These User Terms apply while you have access. They end when your access is terminated by the Customer or us.

Liability.
The Platform is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing limits your non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law. Any broader commitments are between us and the Customer under the Agreement.

Governing law.
New South Wales, Australia. Courts of NSW and the Commonwealth of Australia.
